I. Product Quality Commitment:

2、 For product performance testing, we sincerely invite customers to witness the entire process and comprehensive performance inspection on-site. Products will only be packaged and shipped after being confirmed as qualified.

II. Product Pricing Commitment:

1、To ensure high reliability and advanced performance, all materials and components used in our systems are sourced from reputable domestic or international brands.

2、Under comparable competitive conditions, our company commits to providing you with genuinely favorable prices without compromising product technical performance or substituting components with inferior alternatives.

III. Delivery Time Commitment:

2、Upon product delivery, our company will provide the following documents:

      ① Technical Maintenance Manual
      ② Installation General Drawing
      ③ Documentation for Purchased Parts and Their Manufacturers
      ④ List of Wear-Prone Parts and Spare Parts, including a complimentary set of spare parts.

IV. After-Sales Service Commitment:

1、Service Philosophy: Rapid, decisive, accurate, thorough, and comprehensive.

2、Service Objective: To achieve customer satisfaction through service quality.

3、Service Efficiency: If equipment fails during or after the warranty period, our maintenance personnel will arrive at the site within 24 hours after receiving notification and commence repairs promptly.

4、 Service Principle: The product warranty period is twelve months. During this period, we will provide free repairs and replacement of parts damaged due to quality issues. For parts damaged after the warranty period, replacements will be charged at cost price. For damages caused by user mishandling, all repairs and replacement parts provided by our company will be charged at cost price.
